Explicyte is a specialty oncology CRO based in Bordeaux, France, embedded at Institut Bergonié. We support academics, biotech, and pharma partners across the drug-development pipeline — from target discovery through translational studies that connect laboratory findings to clinical outcomes.
We're a human-sized team of scientists — cell biologists, immunologists, data scientists, and medical oncologists under one roof. Alongside sponsor projects we run in-house R&D and external collaborations, which have led to 30+ peer-reviewed papers over the last five years.
Our lab sits inside the Bergonié Comprehensive Cancer Center, in close contact with medical oncology teams.
Within the in vitro / ex vivo team, you will perform technical activities to support sponsored and internal R&D projects, under the supervision of Study Managers. You will also contribute to daily laboratory operations under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager.
You will be responsible for the reliable execution of in vitro / ex vivo experiments, ensuring compliance with experimental requirements and timelines, as well as contributing to the smooth running of the laboratory.
You will work closely with all team members. You will report to the Study Managers for experimental activities, and to the executives for administrative follow-up and performance management.
