High-Plex Protein Profiling with Olink® Target Technology
Olink® Target technology is based on the Proximity Extension Assay, a highly specific dual-recognition immunoassay using matched antibody pairs labelled with unique DNA oligonucleotides.
This 96-plex approach enables the high-throughput detection of 92 protein biomarkers from very low sample volumes, with as little as 1 µL of serum or plasma required. The technology is also compatible with a broad range of sample matrices, including plasma, serum, cell culture supernatants, lysates, urine, saliva, and other biological fluids.
Olink® Target96 panels cover multiple diseases and biological processes. In immuno-oncology, these panels include protein markers associated with cancer progression, tumor immunity, lymphocyte activation, inflammation, cytokine release, chemotaxis, apoptosis, immune and tumor metabolic activity, and autophagy.
By combining Olink® proteomics with Explicyte’s expertise in immuno-oncology and in-house data analysis, including heatmap and volcano plot generation, this platform supports biomarker discovery, target validation, pharmacodynamic studies, and translational research programs.
